Husband and his mom

My husband hasn’t been to an ultrasound appt because “I have to work and it ruins my schedule can’t they do it on a weekend when I’m off” he says. I spoke to him about the importance of me wanting him there not that I need him there and he tells me bring his mother. I said if he couldn’t see the importance of you being there for me then I don’t want anyone else there I’ll go alone. He then tells me this morning my next US it will be him me and his mom. I said to him if you can’t respect what I asked of you beforehand then I’ll go alone. Was it wrong of me? He said I’m being selfish not involving his mom. It’s the simple fact that he doesn’t care to go when I ask him but when he tells me he will go if his mom comes it’s like are you kidding me? I’m good!
