Normal for newborn?

My baby is almost a week old and I noticed he sweats in his sleep? Like on his back. When he wakes up his back is all wet and his halo sleeper too. Should I be concerned?

What is the halo sleeper made of? If it’s anything other than 100% cotton it may be causing the sweating because it’s not breathable enough. Try using only cotton night clothes and see if that’s better.

I thought babies that young don't produce a lot of sweat because it's takes a few weeks for their sweat glands to become fully functional. Is baby and the sleeper actually wet? Is it just on babies back?

If he is sweating it's too warm for him.
