Why does farting seem to alleviate the nausea?

I’m 7w2d & nausea is ruling my life right now, but after I fart (because BLOATED AF) 🤢 it seems to alleviate the feeling of nausea.
Anyone know how it’s related, I’m looking for ways to alleviate it for longer periods at a time!
