Pregnant

I just found out I’m currently 15 weeks pregnant and I don’t know how to feel. I already have a one year old and this was not what I expect especially after taking care of myself and being on the pill... I don’t know what to think what to feel I haven’t told anyone because I feel like I’m just a disappointment because I’m barley 21.... I’m not excited at all and I feel like I have no one to talk too....I’m scared how my family and parents will react...
