My excitement wore off 🙁

Last night I went into the emergency room because I was spotting I got an ultrasound sound done and bloodwork everything seems fine the baby has a 120 heartbeat and is measuring a day ahead at 6 weeks 4 days and since then the spotting stopped. I had a miscarriage before I had my son and we’ve been trying for almost a year with treatments for this baby. I can’t shake the feeling something is going to happen and I am so sad about it. My excitement wore off and is replaced with sadness and fear 😭
