Remedies for getting bit by something?

Hey y'all I got bit/ stung/ pinched by something in my sleep two nights ago. My hand was tucked under my face and this horrible pain woke me up. It still hurts like hell! Any recommendations to put on it? Hydrocortisone hasn't helped.
