Struggling to eat.. 😬 first time mum.
Is anyone else really struggling to eat lately?
With the days leading my to Christmas, shopping, caring for bub, keep the house spotless and making myself look half presentable for running errands.. and then just taking time to sit down and rest while bub is napping.. I’ve noticed that I’m only eating maybe 1 meal a day.. 🤦🏻♀️
I think this might be starting to effect my milk supply as well.. and obviously mood and energy levels. 🥵
What are some quick and easy meals? Also foods and suggestions to boost milk supply!
