Help dealing with period mood swings?
I'm so sick of having to deal with this hormonal mood swings... I just wish I could go back to taking the pill to control it, but I can't for medical resons. Anyone knows ways to deal with this? Add Christmas season and a fairly recent breakup (4 months, and most of the time, I'm over it), and I'm a hot mess. I feel like crap and I've been crying all day, for no reason 😭
