hi friends! I’m looking to get into a habit of working out at least 4-5x/week and need help starting or planning a workout schedule and workout routines! I’ve tried the whole checking Pinterest for ideas but I always get carried away by saving everything and not committing to anything ☹️ can someone help me come up with a plan please? my goal with working out is weight loss and also building muscle
