RANT 😡😡

Well where to start well I was in charge of the babies and while my mom and sister went to get groceries and my anger problems are currently really bad and then as soon as my sister comes home she’s bitchy and complains cause I flipped her off while she is calling me names and making my depression worse and I’m jsut pissed off and angry and I’m in a class with my one sister who annoys me constantly I was just trying to read but no she has to annoy me to the point where I want to punch her and I’m not aloud to cause I’m in school what do I do if anyone who sees this has any good methods to help deal with anger problems please tell me
