Spotting 3 days before my period is due

I just want to start this off by saying I do not spot before my period and it never comes early but TMI WARNING:⚠️graphic⚠️. I started spotting in the middle of the day today and it was light brown and then it went pink and then red, stopped for 3 hours and has now started up again. I shill haven’t come anywhere close to filling a pad and it is mostly pink but some red. Implantation bleeding? Chemical pregnancy? What do you guys think because I have an appointment with my odgyn for some fertility testing since I have had 2 miscarriages back to back and have been trying for 7 months. I am worried because I do feel pregnant. I have full blown morning sickness, bloating, short of breath, and constantly tired which are all the symptoms I had with my 2 successful pregnancies.
