Has anyone has a month old baby who had blood in their stool?

Today my baby had a massive poop. When I went to change him, I noticed blood. I even put the flashlight to make sure. It looks like a good amount and it’s hard to fell if it had mucus. It seems like it did but then again its hard to tell if it’s just the runny poop or if it’s mucus with blood.

Yes and it turned out my daughter had a dairy allergy. Switched her to a soy based formula and it never happened again.

Yup!! My daughter did at about 2 weeks old. Very mucousy aswell with hers. We took her to the ER & they did testing and told us most likely an upset belly from dinner through my breast milk. She never had it again since then. Allllllllways better to notify her doctor though!💗

Yes!! My daughter. Very mucusy poops and blood. Turned out she’s allergic to dairy. Absolutely no dairy for her or me. Go to the pedestrian or doctor and they will tell you to cut out milk for a few weeks to see what happens
