So I’m 6 months pregnant and I also have a 15 month old girl ..I’ve been depressed lately with the holidays and the passing of my mom amongst other things going on in my life how do I know if my daughter is feeling sad and feeling my energy too ? I am always happy with her even when I’m tired and upset feeling frustrated I try to be positive I just been feeling like a bad mom I’ve been letting my emotions get the best of me
