Anyone use the owlet with the snoo bassinet?

Question

I had the owlet for my first daughter. I’m currently pregnant again and will be buying another owlet along with the snoo bassinet. Does anyone have both? I’m nervous since the bassinet is always rocking the baby that the owlet will always give a “your baby is moving” reading and not the actual heart rate and oxygen levels. Any advice? Should I call owlet or snoo and ask?

Maybe not what you’re looking for but I would pass on both products. The snoo is so stinking expensive and encourages bad sleeping habits. Once baby out grows the bassinet you wont be able to rock them all through the night, but that is what they’ll expect and the transition will be hard. It also has a positioner in it to keep baby in place which isn’t safe, deters natural development, and increases risk of SIDS.
The owlet while also expensive isn’t very accurate and no where close to a hospital grade monitor. If it were necessary your dr would give you a hospital grade monitor. It can cause higher anxiety in parents and cause loss of sleep by always checking the app. It causes false alarms and doesn’t always go off when it should. The newer models may be fixed but there were reports of babies being burned by the device. 
Not judging just trying to help. If you are interested in more safe sleep you should join the fb group Safe Sleep and Baby Care-Evidence based support group. It has great science backed evidence and they’re so passionate about keeping babies safe. The world is scary in the way companies prey on anxious worried parents with unsafe devices and advice.

We have both! It doesn’t detect the Snoo motion at all! Only when the baby is wiggling! We love both products!

The owlet is amazing! I got it when my son was almost six months and I wish I got it sooner. It relieved a lot of stress I had during the night. I still checked on him lots but before I got the owlet I was up almost very hour because I was such an anxious mom. Once I got the owlet I checked on him once or twice per night if he didn’t wake me up first. It seriously was the best purchase of the year for our sleep and sanity. I can’t speak to the snoo but have heard good things. The only thing I’d be weary of is the sleep association with the rocking motion, but many people don’t have problems transitioning.

I got both and had to return the Owlet because it’s not compatible with the Snoo because of the movement. I was really excited about the Owlet but when I had to choose it or the Snoo the choice was clear. I kept the snoo

I know when we rock my son in the rocker it will tell us he’s wiggling. So I’d think it would do it in that too. But it didn’t do it on our swing
