UPDATE Where is my milk?! 😭

Gave birth on 12/20 to my sweet girl. 5 days later and hardly any milk. I started to formula feed my daughter, she was so hungry. I'm a first time mom, thoughts on what to do about breast milk? I'm pumping to try and stimulate it. Thanks!
UPDATE: Ladies!! I just kepy pumping after each feeding and tried to put her to my breast. 5oz! It's a start 😎 thanks again for all your suggestions!!

Try hand expressing in the shower or after some warm compresses, lots of skin to skin with baby, drink lots of water, make sure you are eating enough, try to relax (stress inhibits milk production), latch baby as often as possible, cluster feeding is normal and doesn't mean baby is not getting enough.

Thanks ladies! Just did the warm cloth and pumped. I also forgot to mention, I have flat  nipples ugh. I do have a nipple shield. Im thinking about following up with OB and lactation specialist tomorrow.

Make sure you’re eating and drinking plenty of water. Latch baby before bottles, even if your pumping little to nothing. Also pump everytime baby eats, no exceptions.

5oz is amazing! If you start to find yourself with some engorgement use ice! Baby will help regulate your supply.

LO to the boob EVERY hour. 
I fed my son from birth-4 months every hour during day and night then it got better at nights and was like every 3-4 hours. Breastfed babies need fed regularly rather than formula fed babies.
My mature milk didnt come in properly until 5 weeks pp. Was 5 days after birth it came in as white milk and not colostrum.

My milk didn’t come in until the very end of my 5th day. I also saw a lactation consultant just to make sure I was doing everything right for a couple weeks.

Try body armor drinks they’re delicious and helped me with my supply! Keep putting your baby on your nipple ! If that doesn’t work talk to a consultant (:

Skin to skin is effective. Try and let her latch and then give formula if she doesn't get anything.
But skin to skin can help.
But unfortunately, sometimes it just doesn't work. I was too stressed and ate too poorly so in the end i gave up trying to continue and just went on to give formula.
