Skyla IUD

So, I’ve been on the Skyla IUD since April 2018. I have had my period consistently the entire time, and suddenly this month, I haven’t had a period at all, but had some period symptoms. Does this eventually happen? I know that sometimes people don’t get their periods on the IUD, but wasn’t sure. I highly doubt that I’m pregnant, but I know that if you do, you need to get the IUD taken out as soon as possible.

Any information would be great!

UPDATE: I took a pregnancy test for peace of mind, and it came out positive! I called my OBGYN and have an appointment on Tuesday. 😅

UPDATE 2: I am 6 weeks pregnant! My OB said that the IUD “fell” in my uterus and wasn’t effective in that placement. So, I got it removed and I am due in August!
