She sleeps for everyone but me, especially MIL

My daughter is two months old and the only time she sleeps for me is if she falls asleep eating. Everyone, especially my mother in law over everyone else, gets her asleep almost no problem. When I comment on the fact that everyone else gets her to sleep but me my MIL says it's because I get too excited and upset. Her saying that is what gets me upset because she makes me feel like an incompetent mother on top of already never getting my daughter to sleep for me.
