Positive Home Test and now negative

Hey guys, I did a home pregnancy test 1 day after my missed period. It came back positive. Went in on 12/24/2019 to the doctor to confirm then had a negative test in office. First test was done first thing in the morning and any others have been in the afternoon of evening. As of today I’d technically be 4wks and 5days. Am I going crazy? I have symptoms of pregnancy but I go in and have nothing in my urine and the doctors office says they can’t confirm pregnancy unless it’s done in office. I’m concerned because I have lupus and other autoimmune conditions and currently take high blood pressure meds that are not approved from pregnancy, and of course I can’t get a hold of my primary to change It and the OBGYN wouldn’t because they are not establishing care...
