Could I be induced for?...

FTM here bare with me. I’m 37 weeks and I am pretty sure I have a severe UTI probably even kidney stones. I have bleeding along with red clots, small but still there. I have had excruciating pain these past 2 days which the on call doctor keeps brushing off as normal pregnancy pains. Now I don’t know about labor pains but I’m sure these aren’t normal pains. The burning sensation I have accompanied by blood is intense. Baby is still moving and all is good. I’m having lots of swelling suddenly but again the on call brushed me off. I have my weekly appt with my actual OB tomorrow and I want to know if I do have kidney stones would that be a reason to be induced? I’m prone to these UTI’s / kidney stones and I know it could possibly cause complications to baby. Advice or opinions please!
