failed

i took my driving test today and did a great job. i did everything right, and the lady told me i did good. but i used my brothers car, and his breaks apparently don’t work, and the emergency brake doesn’t work either. the vehicle failed therefor i failed. now i have to wait another month to take my test. another month of taking the public bus to school which is an hour (driving is 20 minutes) and i’m absolutely pissed. the lady felt bad, the vehicle is dangerous, i understand that but im stilled pissed. i wish my brother figured it out and got them fixed since i practiced in my dads car, or i at least wished i practiced in his more and found out and fixed it before the test today. but nope, not that lucky. so now i have to wait till the end of january to take the test.

also: we did not know about the brakes or the emergency brake. my brother got the car inspected but they no longer check that since it’s not really used so i found out there. breaks made a weird noise but that was only when i turned left but once i took the test it was at every turn and stop

edit: i have cooled down, and my brother felt so bad that his car failed me that he bought me an expensive starbucks drink so i feel better:)
