Will this mean I'll have problems breastfeeding.?

I'm pregnant with twins. Since around mid-pregnancy my breast have hurt a lot and always felt big and full. I even had a very little wet nipples here and there. Then suddenly a week or so ago I woke up and my breasts felt empty and didn't hurt and haven't since. They feel and look like they did prepregnancy only slightly bigger because my bras still feel a bit tight.

Does this mean I'll have problems with my milk coming in?

The twins will be delivered on monday via csection.
