Sickness

So this morning, I got sick. I threw up so hard that my nose started bleeding. Went grocery shopping about an hour ago and I spun around to get something off the shelf and nearly up chucked everywhere. Motion. Seeing anything move fast makes me feel extremely sick. I’m lying in bed now with my husband and we’re both new parents. This is my first pregnancy and they a red re twins. I’m 13 weeks almost and

¿wanted to know if there’s anything I can do to help it fast¿

I haven’t threw up again yet but I can just tell the slightest thing is going to make me vomit🤮.
