Will letrozole regulate this cycle too?

I have done 3 rounds of letrozole and, long story short, I did not take the letrozole this cycle. My first 3 cycles were around 28 days, give a take a day or two. Before letrozole, my cycles were 35 days on average.

If I ovulated this cycle, and around the same time I do when I take the letrozole, my period would be due within the next couple days. I did not track ovulation this cycle.

Just wondering if it's possible that taking letrozole on previous cycles can affect this cycle that I did not take it.
