Gestational Diabetes & PCOS
Hey March Mammas!
I have PCOS (lean pcos) which means I’m insulin resistant and have had trouble conceiving and staying pregnant. I am 29 weeks + 3 with our rainbow🌈 baby and failed my 1 hour glucose with a level of 150. 😩
I have the dreaded 3 hour test scheduled next week. With PCOS is it very likely I am going to fail? I have been reading about GD and there was mention of seizures. Since reading that I have had anxiety that I am hurting the baby. She has always been very active during ultrasounds and it hurts thinking it’s because she has too much sugar in her blood.😢
Anyone went through this? Any insight?
Thanks 💕
