having my 3rd miscarriage

 I'm bleeding a lot and I'm just dreading going to the er, I miscarried at 10 weeks before and they had me come back once the baby passes on its own... I was put on bed rest 3 weeks ago, er dr says I was having a threaten miscarriage and to be put on bedrest.. here I am bleeding and my mother says for me to wait at home again until the baby passes again 😔 I'm so lost and heartbroken.. I honestly give up! I can't take another lost.
