One of my breasts have always been bigger than the other. They both seemed to have gotten bigger over the past year(I don't know why but they filled out my old bras now I just wear sports bras because I have a difficult time finding my now correct size with a regular bra). Lately, my left nipple(the bigger boob) has been getting dry and flaky while my right is fine. I did get my nipples pierced a few months ago if that makes any difference. I don't know if I should take this to my doctor
