Bleeding

Ok so I’m on birth control, I still have another week until my period. I also got my wisdom teeth out so I’m on amoxicillin. I randomly yesterday had my period for the whole day pretty heavy and when I first woke up I had like weird blood. Put a tampon in before bed- woke up to it being white as white can be. No blood. Put another one in and still white. Ive been crampy for about a week. Can anyone tell me what’s going on.
