Could this be it

I'm currently 10 days late for my period currently on cycle day 43 had a bit of a stressful start to the month so havnt been tracking my ovulation this month. But tested last sunday after suffering with cream colour cm, mild back ache and a few cramps more so towards right side of pelvis and a bad break out of spots ( which I dont suffer with) The last day or so I have noticed blue veins that appear as they are sticking out round my nipple area I'm testing again on sunday a week after I got a bfn. I'm still having a few cramps here and there, back ache still, left boob feels abit tender feel abit sick tonight while eating, my cm seems to have dried up and no typical signs of af arriving. Had no sign of any implantation bleeding and no funny taste in my mouth. So confussed been ttc for almost 6 months and last time we thought I was pregnant it looks like I had a chemical has had blood work urine test and ultrasound done.
