0 symptoms

I went to my first appointment yesterday and she confirmed with a urine test I’m pregnant. According to the doctor I am 4 weeks 6 days today. She asked me how I felt and o told her completely normal. I had mild cramping in and off and slight headaches and bloating. She seemed concerned I didn’t even have sore breast. Is this concerning????? I’ve had a chemical in the passed but my symptoms disappeared this time I just didn’t have them to begin with!
