Can I get custody of my three year old cousins?

My aunt is negligent and abusive. The children are very close with me and I am desperate to save them from this situation. She transmitted herpes to one of them. He can’t walk he is in so much pain and she complains that he’s peeing in his bed. I wish I could be their mother and show them what love is. 
I forgot to mention one important detail. Christmas eve she beat him because he was ‘acting up’ from the pain. I am completely disgusted and I wish I could give them a normal childhood.
Update: He’s on antiviral medication for 10 days. My aunt said he’s the ‘patient from hell’ “bidding me around and demanding things.” She complains that he’s sitting in his pee but he can’t even walk to the potty.

You can, but be forewarned it will be an expensive and uphill battle. Courts are very hesitant to remove children from their mothers, contrary to popular belief its bo6t as simple as just contacting CPS and boom they get placed with you.
You have to begin by contacting CPS and making a report. Give them all photos and correspondence, put them in contact with any medical providers used by the abuser. Make new reports each time there is a new abuse. You WANT their case file to be as big as possible. You then want to retain an attorney, and get them to petition the family court requesting that the minor be removed from the parental care. Then another petition to name you as the guardian. From there, follow your attorneys explicit advice.

Can u please keep us updated about your cousin? I keep thinking about him all day, now it’s 1 am and can’t stop praying for that poor little thing. He should be on some antiviral medicine and help with pain. It must hurt him so bad and I can’t believe she beat him for “acting up” from the pain. I really hope he will get medical help asap and u will be able to help him emotionally. Stay strong for him and show him the love he deserves.
