I’m so scared

We are of the belief that I am 5-6 weeks pregnant and I just had some spotting(honestly, it was super light pink and only when I wiped and I just felt around and there was a small amount of brownish-pink cm). 13 months ago I had a miscarriage and now I am so scared that it is happening again, I’m a hot mess, crying and worried.

People say that it’s “common” but I just don’t know how common... I now feel super nauseous...

Did you have anything like this? Or anyone you know have anything similar? I just need reassurance I think... I have a drs appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning (aest)
