CBD an option?

Can you use CBD gummies while breastfeeding? I’ve never used them before, but I am considering because my anxiety and depression are through the roof. I have to try something. Details as to why/why not, please!

There’s not enough research out there on if CBD is safe to use while pregnant/breastfeeding. I’d recommend speaking to your doctor to see what other options are best for you

You can give cbd to a baby so if baby gets some in breast milk it will only be good for them.

I say no, there isn't much research on the long term effects. Also there is no way to determine how much your body absorbs and what ends up in baby's milk. I stay on the side of caution. Talk with your doctor.
