My dad passed away unexpectedly on thanksgiving. My sisters and I who are spread out all over the country came together to help our mom get through the difficult time of his death and cleaning/packing the house so it can be sold. My sisters have tattoos but I didn’t...never thought of anything that I would want permanently on my body, until now! I said we should get matching family tattoos...and we thought of this bouquet of flowers. We each chose our favorite flower, including one for my mom and one for my dad. My dad’s is the center carnation. We also had our favorite flower colored in. (Mine is the arm on the right with the purple tulip).

I have no regrets and I absolutely love looking at it and thinking of my dad surrounded by all of us. 💕
