Constipation anyone else

Hall. Sorry for the tmi but I have such bad constipation for the past few weeks. I'm 7 weeks 3 days and hoping for some help maybe something someone else used to help them. I don't have morning sickness but now since I'm not going as much as needed I'm feeling sick and my stomach is hurting on and off. I'm just not sure what's safe to take at this point in my pregnancy. Any advice would help. Thanks all!
