Dropping/progressing

Km • Sun, Oct 25 • 27. Married 5 years. Our daughter Stella Claire is our entire world. Born Nov 15. 2015. Pregnant with #2 due in April.

I'm 37.5 weeks. Thought baby dropped because I had extreme pelvic pressure and off and on menstrsul like cramps. But I still get hard kicks to the ribs and feelings of being out of breath. How do I know if she really dropped or if I'm progressing at all before my next doctor visit? Any other signs?
