Concerned

I stopped my BC about month and a half ago. I had a period following ending my pills and about a week after my period, I had another period. As soon as my period ended on the 11 of December, I started having sex unprotected for the next two weeks. I thought I was getting a UTI or a yeast infection during this time period and took a break from having sex to do a packet of monostat. The feeling of burning when I peed and having to pee a lot went away for the most part. I’m still peeing more often that usual but not as bad as it was. I’m no longer in discomfort like I was so i continued to have sex some more. When having sex, i had a burning feeling on the right side of my vagina. I had light pink blood discharge afterwards that didn’t last long. The last time I had sex was a couple days ago but early this morning I woke up to cramping. When I went to the bathroom, I had pinkish blood. A half hour later it’s a bit brighter red and I’m having clots still cramping and lower back pain. Is it implantation bleeding or do I have something else going on? Is it another period? Please advise. Picture below
