I literally don’t understand why family back home doesn’t understand that money doesn’t grow on trees.

My husbands mom is in a different country and she’s always asking him to send her money as if he doesn’t have things to pay for here like a roof over our heads, his car, our bills, our food, and the 100s of things you need for a child (x 2 since we have two kids under the age of 4)

Of course he’ll send money back home when he has but to pressure him every 2 weeks or 4 weeks to send money is uncalled for.

Especially when the father and the other brother are also making money and the other brother is older and does not have a family to support unlike my man.

I’m not saying he shouldn’t take care of his mom I’m just saying his mom should understand that asking him for money especially since she knows he’s going through financial problems, is just selfish.
