Period? Uti? Pregnancy?

My last period was November 15th to 20th. My husband and i only do the pull out method so always a chance of pregnancy. My period range from 23 to 51 days normally in the 30s range. Last night i peed the bed which i never do normally and i have peed about 5 times today which is more than i normally do. My low back hurts but specially on my left love handle area and i constantly feel like i need to pee. Im moody as heck and my boobs are sore like they normally are before my periods. I have taken two test a day or 2 after i was late and the other one two days ago and both negative. I am currently 12 days late according to this app. The latest i have been before is 18 days late and 45th day on my cycle.
