Morning sickness or stomach flu? 6 weeks pregnant
Today I woke up and vomited, followed by diarrhea. This has continued throughout the day and I can’t keep anything down. Is this symptomatic of morning sickness or stomach flu? I haven’t heard of anyone else having diarrhea with morning sickness. I haven’t had any morning sickness symptoms before.
