High blood pressure??

So I just took my blood pressure because I’m having a headache and feeling dizzy. I have been having elevated blood pressure so far this pregnancy but it hasn’t been this high yet is this too high should I call my doctor?

Lay on your left side and rest for a few,  Mines been elevated my last few appts, 140's/90's. She has me lay down and relax for a few and retakes it and it goes down. If it doesn't go down, call.

I would call, rest and retaking in 15 minutes, then go in if still high even if you haven’t heard from your doctor.

I would rest for 15 minutes and do some deep breathing and take it again. It is high, and it doesn’t hurt to let your ob know, especially with a headache and dizziness too! It could be pre-eclampsia. My BP get elevated like that from walking from my car into the doctors office and I always need a few minutes to rest and breathe to get it to come back down a bit

You can call if you want so they can monitor it closely, but I don’t think that’s crazy high. I’m not a doctor though!
