Hospital/coming home outfit?

When did y'all start narrowing down hospital/coming home outfits? 
Our little one will be here in about 11 weeks.
How many should I take? 
When should I have one picked out?

Packing three newborn outfits and two in 0-3 months just in case. Socks, mittens

I have 4...a sleeper and a onesie for newborn size and a sleeper and onesie for 3 months just in case she’s a little bigger!

I picked out her coming home outfit when we found out the gender I have her coming home outfit which is size newborn another newborn footie pajama outfit and 1 premie and 1 0-3 month footie pajamas just incase she’s bigger or smaller than we think

We have three sleepers picked out. One newborn, one 0-3, and one that says newborn, but is between the two. All have long sleeves and feet on them.

A couple sleepers, mittens, socks, homecoming gown. Some bows and a beanie bow that matches one of the sleepers. Just comfy things for baby. I have sleepers for relaxing and a little sister onesie for when she meets her siblings and the homecoming gown.
