Concerned?

When I hold the test up to the light there is a faint line. At most I think I could be a week pregnant so I dont think it would show up yet on the test. But I can only see the positive line when I hold it up to the light. Am I most likely seeing an indent?

I have had all the physical symptoms of early pregnancy and I’m starting to get concerned. I took 4 tests and they all show negative but there is a faint line when I hold it to the light? I’m thinking it is probably an indent. But I’ve had symptoms like, tender breasts, nausea, white discharge, headaches, eye strain, cramps, not wanting to eat but also cravings for certain foods and once I eat then they are kinda bland, ive been super sensitive to smells, constipated, very weak, about a week ago I had a bit of a sinus infection but it went away very quickly, and more.

Any thoughts? I think at most I’m 5-6 days pregnant if anything. I’m also on Aviane BC but I was taking an antibiotic at the time I think I may have conceived and am supposedly starting my period Saturday morning. I’m worried if I continue taking the BC and am in an early stage of pregnancy that it will effect or hurt the baby. Any advice?
