Stressed and uneducated

I had sex on the pill twice (once without a condom and once without(he pulled out each time) the second week of November. I have had 2 period since. I had yeast infections both months and spotted in between both my periods. I have taken tests and they are negative and I had two periods and have been tested for STDs. But I’m having cramps right now and idk why (I just got off my period on Sunday) any help or ideas?
