A Little Nervous
I recently went on a trip with my boyfriend where we ended up in a different time zone. To stay consistent with my birth control we decided to adjust for the time difference, except I ended up taking my birth control 2 hours earlier, instead of 2 hours later like I should have. A total of a 4 hour difference from my usual time. We then came home and I went back to my regular time, this time 4 hours “later” than what I had been doing for the previous week. I’ve been taking a combo estrogen/progestin birth control for about 7-8 months and it’s supposed to be the long lasting type as well. We have had sex since then and I’m slightly worried about whether or not I’m safe, however it’s too soon to take a pregnancy test to find out. Has anyone else had this happen/knows realistically if there’s a chance of me being pregnant?
