Appt tomorrow

I went to my PCP to confirm I was pregnant 3 weeks ago when I first had a positive home pregnancy test. Tomorrow is my first appointment with my OBGYN. Will they do an ultrasound? Some stuff I read and people I talk to say no- that a US won’t be done until 20 weeks. But other stuff I read, especially here, says that they will. I mean, they have to confirm the baby is there right??? I really want to see the baby to help ease my worries.

First time pregnant by the way! And I’ll be 7w4d tomorrow. Thank you!
