TTC with PCOS and Lupus

Hi all. My husband and I have been TTC for about year now. I have PCOS and lupus, and recently started a fertility cycle that includes letrozole and an ovidrel injection. We are on our third cycle of this, and I am starting to become a bit disheartened. If this doesn’t work, the next step is IVF. Has anyone experienced something similar? I am not sure if I should talk to my doctor about switching up meds, etc.
