Please help - how do i get rid of my 2 month okd’s congestion?

My now 2 month old baby girl has been congested for a few weeks now and all the drainage is making her cough sometimes and she just seems like she’s miserable. I’ve been giving her this cough and mucus medicine but I’m not seeing any change. She’s due to see her pediatrician on Monday for her 2 month check up but do i need to take her in today?? I’m a first time mom. Please help.

Cough and mucus medicine at 2 months?... you need to ask your pediatrician about that! 
Really just a humidifier, saline spray, and nasal aspirator will do the trick. No need for anything else unless symptoms are bad. But if that were the case call the doc or go in.

Medicine is not safe for a 2 month old. Humidifier, saline drops and suck out the boogers.

A 2 month old should not be taking cough medicine. There really isn’t any medicine they can take right now. But with my son we did saline and nose frida.
