Freaking out!!!

I just went to pee and felt something weird so I pulled it out and it was a TAMPON!! My last period was 25 days ago wtf! Am I okay? Should I go to the doctor? I’ve never had this happen before. It was a super light period and I only used one and took it out at my moms so I’m thinking this has to be from the one before. I was having really bad nausea and stomach pains for weeks and went to get tests done and the only thing off were my lymphocytes and something to do with blood and infection but they just told me I was fine and to go home. Could this have had something to do with it? I’m freaking out lol please help
