TMI Clotting Brown Blood

hi! so about last week i passed a largish clot with little to no red/pink blood, for the past week since then i’ve only brown blood. my fiancé and i aren’t super sexually active since i had a traumatic c section last year and i find intercourse very uncomfortable. December 8th i got the implant again after having it out for one year (which i got pregnant in that year) i don’t have insurance so i haven’t gone to the dr or anything i’m not super concerned just kind of confused
