What’s wrong with me?!?

So, to cut to the chase, I haven’t had a (logged) period in 45 days. There have been a couple of times I thought I was getting it, but it never stayed. I keep having cramps, lightly bleeding, but nothing. And I only start bleeding after an orgasm. Whether it be from myself or my S/O.. Has anyone else experienced this? I took a home pregnancy test about a week and a half ago, but nothing... I want to make a dr appointment but the dr I have right now just doesn’t seem to take me seriously, and doesn’t seem concerned with my issues at all, so it’s really holding me back from talking to her about this. Does anyone have any advice on what to do? Or if you’ve experienced this, could you shine some light in what your situation was?
